Commencement Exercises

The Commencement Ceremony is held at the end of the Spring Semester each year.

You are eligible to participate if you:

1.      Complete degree requirements during the spring semester or

2.      Completed degree requirements during the summer or fall semesters of the preceding year.

*Students who need 6 or less credit hours during the summer semester to complete degree requirements may petition Mr. Jason Cannon (jcannon@snead.edu), Vice President for Student Services, to participate (“walk”) in the commencement ceremony. 

IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER

Sign-ups for the Spring 2016 semester have now been closed.
Graduates will be given up to eight tickets to distribute among their guests attending the ceremony.
More information is available in this important communication, and additional details will be given as preparations are finalized.

All students should submit an Application for Degree/Certificate even if you do not plan to participate in the Commencement Ceremony. The Application for Degree/Certificate is your petition to receive a degree or certificate from Snead State Community College.
