The Mathematics and Technology Division offers students a wide range of services in the areas of mathematics and technology. The Mathematics Department offers a wide variety of mathematics courses designed to fulfill mathematics requirements in two-year degree programs and university transfer programs. The Technical Department offers two-year degree programs in the areas of Computer Science Technology, Cosmetology, and Electronic Engineering Technology. We also offer university transfer courses in the area of computer science. The Nursing programs offers an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) and a Practical Nursing certificate program (PN). The Nursing program's mission is to prepare professional nurses (RNs) to address health care needs of the community in both acute and long-term settings. The curriculum includes content that allows students to attain knowledge and understanding of the prevention of illness, maintenance, promotion and restoration of health, a safe and effective care environment, and psychologial integrity of individuals across the life span. The nursing courses include classroom instruction with guided clinical experiences n varied health care facilities.
