| *Room and board charges are subject to change without notice. Dorm residents are required to pay board fees. |
| **The room deposit fee or portion of it will be refunded provided the student makes request within 30 days after leaving the dormitory. A room deposit will not be refunded to an applicant who does not enroll at Snead State unless notice is given at least two weeks before the start of the semester for which the room reservation is made. |

When dormitory space is available, the cost per semester of a private room is $1350.00*. When two or more students share a room, the cost for each student is $675.00*. A student enrolled at Snead State who moves into the dormitory during the first ten (10) days the dormitory is open will be charged full residence fee. A student enrolled at Snead State who moves into the dormitory after the tenth (10th) day the dormitory is open will be charged as follows:
PRIVATE ROOM: $20.00 Plus $12.50 per day for the balance of the semester.
SEMI-PRIVATE ROOM: $20.00 plus $9.00 per day for the balance of the semester.
Board will be charged on a prorata basis to students who move into the dormitory after the tenth (10th) day it is open.

Terms
College fees are due and payable at the beginning of each semester. A student is not officially registered until tuition is paid and until his/her credentials are complete in the Student Services office. Student Services accept cash, check, Visa or Mastercard only.
Under extenuating circumstances, a dormitory student may obtain approval from the Dean of Financial Services to pay room and board charges in two installments. Fifty percent of room and board must be paid prior to moving into the dormitory and the remainder by the end of the third week of the semester.

A student who officially withdraws completely from the college during the first three weeks of classes may obtain a partial refund of tuition and other Collegeal charges. A student may not claim refund of any tuition or other Collegeal charges after the end of the third week. During the first three weeks, refunds will be made on the following basis:
 |
Withdrawal prior to first class day — 100 percent of tuition and other Collegeal charges. |
 |
Withdrawal during first week — 75 percent of tuition and other Collegeal charges. |
 |
Withdrawal during second week — 50 percent of tuition and other Collegeal charges. |
 |
Withdrawal during third week — 25 percent of tuition and other Collegeal charges. |
 |
After close of third week — No Refund. |
A five (5) percent administrative fee will be assessed for each withdrawal processed within the above refund schedule.
There is no refund due to any student who partially withdraws after the official drop/add period.
A student who officially withdraws from a residence hall after the semester begins may be entitled to a partial refund of room charges based on the above refund schedule.
Refunds are computed according to the date the student actually withdraws officially or unofficially and not according to his or her last day of attendance. Withdrawals are initiated in the Student Services office.
