The Snead State Alumni Association, active since 1920, includes former students and graduates of Snead State as well as friends and supporters of the College. If you attended Snead for just one class or one semester, you are considered an alumnus or alumna and are welcome to join the Alumni Association. Several members of the Association are considered “Alumni-By-Choice” because they did not attend Snead but have chosen to support the college through their membership in the Alumni Association.

Each year, the Alumni Association provides a scholarship that is awarded to a student attending Snead State Community College. To help keep its members informed of news and activities at the College, the Alumni Association regularly produces a newsletter than is mailed or e-mailed to its active membership.

Events supported by the Alumni Association include Alumni Homecoming, Alumni Night Out Chili Supper, and the Dinner and a Show fundraiser.
