  E-Book and Online Database Registration

This form is for use by online and distance learning students to request an E-Book account and access to Snead State's non-AVL online databases from home.  As soon as the applicant is verified as a Snead student, and if there are no problems with the registration, a username and password for both e-books and and online databases will be e-mailed to the student.  Please keep the usernames and passwords in a secure location.  Also, please note that you must have an E-Mail account on the computer you are using in order for you to use this form.
